Crunchy Chicken Caesar: The gourmet salad that packs a crunchy punch
Rediscover Caesar salad in a crispy and generous version!
With our crispy Country Style® chicken nuggets, Parmesan shavings, golden croutons and a mouth-watering homemade sauce, treat yourself to this complete and delicious lunch!
Ingredients (for one salad):
- A few Country Style® crunchy chicken pops
- 1 handful of lettuce or iceberg lettuce
- About ten Philea® marinated semi-dried tomatoes
- A few shavings of Parmesan cheese
- 1 handful of homemade or store-bought croutons
- 2 tablespoons of homemade Caesar sauce (see below)
Homemade Caesar sauce:
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper, garlic
Mix all the ingredients together until you obtain a smooth sauce.
Preparation:
1. Cooking Country Style® Crunchy Chicken Pops
- Oven: 220°C for 10-12 minutes.
- Deep fryer: 180°C for 3-4 minutes.
2. Assembling the salad
- Place the salad, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan shavings and croutons in a bowl.
- Add the still-warm Country Style® crunchy chicken pops.
- Drizzle generously with homemade Caesar dressing.
Chef's tip:
Add a soft-boiled egg on top of the salad for an even more indulgent touch!
