Crunchy Panko Fillet Poke Bowl

The fresh and crispy bowl that takes you on a journey.

A colourful mix of fragrant rice, crunchy vegetables and golden Japanese Style® panko-breaded chicken fillet for an explosion of textures and flavours.


Ingredients (for one bowl):

- 1 Japanese Style® panko-breaded chicken fillet

- 1 bowl of cooked rice (sushi or jasmine)

- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced

- 1 spring onion, finely chopped

- 1 small carrot, grated

- A few fresh basil leaves

- A few slices of Philea® Padrón peppers

- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 


Preparation:


1. Cooking the Japanese Style® chicken fillet

- Oven: 220°C for 20-25 minutes.

- Deep fryer: 180°C for 5-6 minutes.

Cut into slices after cooking.


2. Assembling the poke bowl

- Place the rice in a bowl.

- Add the cucumber, carrot, spring onion, basil and Philea® Padrón peppers.

- Add the crispy chicken pieces.

- Drizzle with soy sauce.


Chef's tip:

Add toasted sesame seeds for even more flavour.
