Karaage Crispy Ramen

Delicious, crispy ramen that awakens the taste buds.

Fresh homemade noodles immersed in a clear broth, enhanced by our crispy Japanese Style® karaage and a marinated egg.


Ingredients (for one ramen):

- 100 g fresh homemade wheat noodles

- 4 or 5 Japanese Style® karaage

- 30 cl clear broth (chicken or dashi)

- 1 ajitamago (marinated egg)

- 1 handful of spinach seasoned with sesame

- 1 spring onion, finely chopped

- 1 lemon wedge

- A few coriander leaves


Preparation:


1. Cooking the Japanese Style® karaage

- Oven: 200°C for 18-20 mins.

- Deep fryer: 180°C for 5-6 mins.

Cut into pieces after cooking.


2. Assembling the ramen

- Pour the hot broth into a large bowl.

- Add the noodles, halved egg, spinach and spring onion.

- Place the crispy chicken on top.

- Finish with coriander and lemon.


Chef's tip:

Add a dash of chilli oil for those who like it spicy.
