Crunchy Chicken Burger: The Crispy Recipe to Try Urgently

Fancy a crispy, tasty, and ultra-gourmet homemade chicken burger?

Here's our quick and easy recipe for a Crunchy Chicken Burger, topped with grilled bacon, melted cheese, candied onions, and marinated tomatoes.

Pure pleasure in every bite!


Ingredients (for one burger):

- 1 Country Style® Extra-Crunchy Chicken Fillet

- 2 Philea® Crispy Bacon Slices

- 2 Philea® Marinated Semi-Dried Tomato Slices

- 2 Crispy Salad Leaves

- 1 tablespoon of caramelized onions

- 1 slice of melted cheese (cheddar or Gouda)

- 1 brioche burger bun

- 1 tablespoon of homemade burger sauce


For the side dish:

- 1 portion of French fries

- 2 tablespoons of cheddar sauce

- Philea® Crispy Bacon Stamps for topping


Preparation:


1. Cooking the Country Style® Extra-Crunchy Chicken Fillet

Depending on your equipment, choose one of the following options for a hot and crispy fillet:

- In the oven: Preheat to 220°C and bake the fillet for 20 to 30 minutes. 25 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- Deep fryer: Dip the fillet in hot oil at 180°C for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.

Tip: Avoid microwave use to prevent the coating from softening.


2. Cooking the Crispy Bacon Philea ® Slices

The bacon can be used again.

- In a pan or on a griddle: Fry for 2 to 3 minutes until crispy.

- In the oven: 200°C for about 4 minutes.

- In the microwave: 30 seconds at 800W.


3. Burger Assembly

- Lightly grill both halves of your brioche burger.

- On the base: Spread the burger sauce.

- Add the salad, then the Country Style ® Extra-Crunchy Chicken Fillet.

- Place the cheese slice on top of the hot chicken until it melts slightly.

- Add the caramelized onions, Philea® marinated semi-dried tomato slices, and Philea® Crispy Bacon slices.

- Close with the bun top.


4. Prepare the side dish

Serve with a portion of golden fries, drizzled with melted cheddar sauce, and sprinkled with Philea® Crispy Bacon for an extra-delicious side.


Chef's Tip:

For a spicier version, replace the Country Style® Extra-Crunchy Chicken Fillet with the Country Style® Extra-Crunchy Black Pepper Chicken Fillet!
