Crunchy Chicken Signature Poké: Freshness and crispiness in harmony
A colourful and balanced poke bowl, enhanced by the deliciousness of crispy chicken.
Bulgur wheat base, crunchy vegetables, refreshing watermelon and sesame topping. A healthy and delicious bowl that can be prepared in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients (for one bowl):
- 100 g cooked and cooled bulgur wheat
- 1 extra-crunchy Country Style® chicken fillet
- ¼ avocado, sliced
- 3 radishes, thinly sliced
- ½ carrot, grated
- ¼ cucumber, thinly sliced
- ¼ small slice of watermelon, diced
- A few leaves of red cabbage, thinly sliced
- A few broad beans or edamame beans
- Sesame seeds
- Sauce of your choice: sweet soy sauce, sesame sauce or sweet and sour sauce
Preparation:
1. Cooking the extra-crunchy Country Style® chicken fillet
- Oven: 220°C for 20-25 minutes.
- Deep fryer: 180°C for 5-7 minutes.
Cut the fillet into strips after cooking.
2. Assembling the poke bowl
- Place the bulgur wheat in the bottom of the bowl.
- Distribute the vegetables, watermelon and broad beans evenly.
- Add the hot Country Style® extra-crunchy chicken fillet, cut in half.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Drizzle with your favourite sauce.
Chef's tip:
Add a spoonful of spicy mayonnaise for a delicious hot-cold contrast and replace the plain chicken fillet with our extra-crunchy Black Pepper Country Style® chicken fillet for even more spice!
