Signature Karaage Poke Bowl

The colourful and fresh bowl, signature version.

A rice base enhanced with vegetables, exotic fruits and crispy Japanese Style® karaage, all topped with a twist of raspberry.


Ingredients (for one bowl):

- 1 portion of cooked rice

- 1 handful of cooked beans

- ½ sliced avocado

- ½ diced mango

- 2 thinly sliced radishes

- 1 small handful of thinly sliced red cabbage

- ½ cucumber, cut into strips

- 1 small grated carrot

- 4 or 5 Japanese Style® karaage

- 1 raspberry for topping


Preparation:


1. Cooking the chicken

- Oven: 200°C for 18-20 minutes.

- Deep fryer: 180°C for 5-6 minutes.


2. Assembling the bowl

- Place the rice in the bowl.

- Add the beans, avocado, mango, radishes, red cabbage, cucumber and carrot.

- Add the Japanese Style® karaage and finish with a raspberry in the centre.


Chef's tip:

Drizzle with a soy-sesame vinaigrette for the perfect balance.
