Street Food-style Panko Chicken

The colourful takeaway wok!
Stir-fried noodles with fresh vegetables in a sweet and sour sauce, topped with our Japanese Style® panko-crusted chicken fillet.
Ingredients (for one serving):
- 100 g wheat noodles
- 1 Japanese Style® panko-crusted chicken fillet
- ½ broccoli, cut into small florets
- ½ bell pepper, sliced
- 1 handful of snow peas
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons red sweet and sour sauce
Preparation:
1. Cooking the chicken
- Oven: 220°C for 20-25 minutes.
- Deep fryer: 180°C for 5-6 mins.
Cut into slices after cooking.
2. Plating
- Stir-fry the noodles with the vegetables in a hot wok.
- Add the sweet and sour sauce and mix.
- Arrange the pieces of Japanese Style® Panko-breaded chicken fillet on top.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Chef's tip:
Add a drizzle of sesame oil just before serving.
